Director Dealings
The Company was notified on the 12 December of the following share purchase of FOGL ordinary shares of 0.002 pence each ("Shares") by a FOGL director that was made on 12 December 2013:
David Hudd, a non-executive director of FOGL, purchased 70,000 Shares each at 25.25p. Mr Hudd's shareholding is now 220,000 Shares which represents 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
