The Company has granted share options in respect of a number of ordinary shares in S & U PLC as set out in column (2) of the table below to the directors and PDMRs set out in column (1) in that table under the Company's Discretionary Share Option Plan ("DSOP").
The option awards were all made on 17th June 2008.
Awards will vest on 17th June 2011. The vesting of the awards is subject to remaining in employment with the Company for three years.
