Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 4 August 2015, a SIPP managed on behalf of Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director, purchased 3,167 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 219p per share.

Douglas Emslie's beneficial interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 1,119,220 Shares, representing approximately 1.1 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
