- Julia Wilson, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased 3,003 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 393.28p per Share

- Ian Wilson, a connected person of Julia Wilson, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased 3,005 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 393.08p per Share

The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
