OMG plc was today informed that, on 7 and 8 March 2011, Cathy Robertson, Group Executive Director and Company Secretary, sold a total of 24,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Ms. Robertson is beneficially interested in 1,162,801 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.65 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
