Director shareholding
The Board of Murgitroyd announces that it received notification on 13 April 2012 that David Gray, non-Executive Director of the Group, acquired a total of 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Group, at a price of 360p per ordinary share, on 13 April 2012.
Following the acquisition, David Gray is interested in 3,000 ordinary shares in the Group, representing 0.04% of the current issued share capital of the Group.
