Newmark Security PLC18 July 2007 Newmark Security PLC (the "Company") Director Shareholdings The Company has been informed today that non-executive Chairman Maurice Dwekpurchased on 17 July 2007 2,000,000 shares in the Company at 1.89p each. Mr Dwek now holds interests in 45,819,467 shares (including the shares heldthrough his 51% interest in Arbury Inc.), which represent 10.21% of the totalvoting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.
