PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that on 25 September 2017 Chris Rutt, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and PDMR, sold 8,292 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in two tranches, 6,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 309.15 pence each and 2,292 Ordinary Shares at a price of 309.725 pence each.
Following this sale, Mr Rutt holds 8,959 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
