Director Shareholding
The Company announces that it was informed today that ENIC International Limited, a company in which Daniel Levy, Chairman of the Company, is interested, acquired 2,829,892 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 89p per share on 5 and 6 November.
Following this acquisition, ENIC International Limited is the owner of 66,186,990 ordinary shares, representing 71.3 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
