The Company announces that Catherine Wall, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, on 14 September 2020, sold 26,205 ordinary shares at a price of 55.42 pence per share.
In total Catherine Wall will now be interested in 58,947 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
