e-Therapeutics (AIM: ETX), the drug discovery and development company, announces the following Director's Market Share Purchase.
On 16 August 2011 Steve Self, Executive Director, purchased 56,600 ordinary shares at 35p per share. His resultant total holding is 253,577 shares, representing 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company, which currently stands at 138,126,467 shares all carrying voting rights.
