Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") Shareholding

The Company has today been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of US$0.025 by Mr Bernard de Combret, a director of the Company:

On 14 May 2008, Mr de Combret purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of £6.13 per share.

On 15 May 2008, Mr de Combret purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 

£6.24 per share.

Mr de Combret's total beneficial holding following both transactions is 700,000 ordinary shares representing 0.20% of the total shares in issue.

The Company has 345,434,858 shares in issue as at today's date.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
