The Company was notified today that, AO STROIKORPORACIYA, a PCA (Person Closely Associated with a PDMR) purchased a total of 34,545,568 global depositary receipts ("GDRs"), representing ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of RUB 0.25 each (with five GDRs representing an interest in one ordinary share) at a price of $2.11 per GDR, details of which are below.
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
