The Company has been notified that on 4 March 2010 Mr Walter Goldsmith, a director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.5 pence per share and 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.0 pence per share. As a result, Mr Goldsmith is now interested in 1,039,826 ordinary shares in the Company. This holding represents 3.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
