Director/PDMR Shareholding

Allergy Therapeutics announces that it was notified on 12 June 2009 that on the same date Mr Ignace Goethals and Mr Steve Smith, both directors of the Company, exercised share options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and 750,000 Ordinary Shares respectively. 

Both share options were awarded and exercised pursuant to the Allergy Therapeutics 2001 Share Option Plan as follows:

Mr Ignace Goethals

Mr Steve Smith

Following the above transactions Mr Goethals will hold share options over 150,000 Ordinary Shares and Mr Smith will hold share options over 150,000 Ordinary Shares. In addition Mr Goethals will hold 2,897,912 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.54 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company and Mr Smith will hold 756,513 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.92 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
