The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 7,176 ordinary shares in the Company on 16 February 2012 at a price of 338.14 pence per share and he also acquired 2,824 ordinary shares in the Company on 17 February 2012 at a price of 347 pence per share.

Accordingly, Mr Marsh's resultant beneficial interest comprises 1,265,960 ordinary shares, representing 5.98 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
