Brady plc ("the Company") was notified on 10 June that on that date, Pat Brazel (Non-Executive Director) purchased 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 45 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Brazel holds 65,000 ordinary shares representing 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital.
