Asian Citrus was notified on 3 August 2010 that Mr. CHEUNG Wai Sun, an executive director of the Company, sold 330,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company on 2 August 2010 at an average price of HK$6.09 (50.39 pence*) per share.
