Director Shareholding

Cavanagh Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 4 January 2010 that on that day, Mr Andrew Fay, Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 4,110 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 54 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Mr Fay. As a result of this transaction Mr Fay remains interested in 2,253,288 Ordinary Shares representing 19.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
