Private & Commercial Fin Group Plc15 March 2006 PRIVATE & COMMERCIAL FINANCE GROUP PLC (the "Company") By a notice in writing received on 15th March 2006, the Company has beeninformed that Faisal Al Yousef, a director of the Company, has purchased 5,000ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 18p per share. Following this purchase, Faisal Al Yousef has an interest in 4,430,000 ordinaryshares in the Company, representing 23.32% of the total issued share capital, ofwhich 5,000 ordinary shares (representing 0.03% of the total issued sharecapital) are held in his own name and 4,425,000 (representing 23.29% of thetotal issued share capital) are held in the name of Aberdeen Holdings Limited,of which he is a director and shareholder.
