For immediate release 10 August 2006 Mondas Plc ("Mondas" or the "Company") Director's shareholdings The Company has been notified that Colin Peters, a non-executive director ofthe Company, has today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each,equivalent to 0.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
