Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 11 June 2014 that, on that date, Mr Anthony Nelson, Non-Executive Director, transferred 119,456 ordinary shares in the Company that he held directly, into a trading account in his name. The 119,456 ordinary shares were sold at a price of 9 pence per ordinary share and then bought for the trading account at 9.02 pence per ordinary share. Following this transfer, Mr Anthony Nelson retains a notifiable interest in 1,656,543 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.12 per cent. of PCFG's ordinary share capital.
