Aortech International PLC15 September 2006 AorTech International plc ("The Company") DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS The Company was notified today, that on 15 September 2006 Eddie McDaid, aNon-Executive Director, sold 124,000 ordinary shares of 250 pence each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 320 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction, Eddie McDaid's beneficial interest in the Company is375,383 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.85% of the Company'sissued Ordinary Share capital. In addition the Company was also notified today, that on 15 September 2006Gordon Wright, a Non-Executive Director, sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a priceof 320 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction, Gordon Wright's beneficial interest in the Company is347,107 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.11% of the Company'sissued Ordinary Share capital.
