Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 31st August 2010 it received notification from Paulo Dias, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in the Company, that on 31st August 2010 he exercised his right to acquire 441,093 shares awarded to him as options under the Regus plc Co-Investment Plan at nil cost.

As at 31st August 2010 Mr Dias holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 468,020 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.05% of the total voting rights in the Company.
