Appropriation of Shares by Trustees of Approved Profit Sharing Scheme
Fyffes plc has been advised today by the Trustees of the Company's Approved Profit Sharing Scheme that they appropriated the following Fyffes plc €0.06 Ordinary Shares in the market on 17 December 2015, at a price of €1.495 each under the Scheme, on behalf of the directors and company secretary as set out below.
