Directors' Shareholdings

On 1st September 2016, two Directors, Simon Caffyn and Sarah Caffyn have taken up their option under the SAYE 2013 Scheme and have each increased their holdings by 2,261 ordinary shares at an option price of 312p per share.

Following these transactions:

Mr S G M Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company following the notification of this transaction of 51,988 ordinary shares representing 1.86% of the ordinary shares of the Company.

Miss S J Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company following the notification of this transaction of 39,232 ordinary shares representing 1.40% of the ordinary shares of the Company.

The percentage of ordinary shares noted above excludes shares held in treasury.
