Director Shareholding
The Company received notification on 17 June 2014 that David Steel, Finance Director, acquired on 17 June 2014 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 38p per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Steel has an interest in 48,581 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
