The Company was informed on 8 July 2009 that Dr Virinder Nohria, a non-executive director, purchased 456,949 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 8 July 2009 at a price of 13p per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase Dr Nohria holds 462,160 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17 per cent. of the issued share capital of Allergy.
