Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company was notified on 9 July 2013 by John Kane that he had sold 520,000 UK Mail shares on 9 July 2013. John Kane is the adult son of Peter Kane, chairman of UK Mail.

John Kane's resultant holding, previously disclosed in the 2013 UK Mail annual report as 15,975,647 UK Mail shares (29.19%), is now 15,455,647 UK Mail shares (28.28%).
