Stadium Group Plc ("the Company")
The Company was notified yesterday that Mr Nick Brayshaw, Chairman, on the same day purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 68 pence per share.
Following the transaction Mr Brayshaw's beneficial interest in the Company is 101,727 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.35% of the issued share capital of the Company.
