The Company announces that, following a purchase through the Company's DRIP scheme (Dividend Re-Investment Plan) on 18 May 2009 of 318 Ordinary 25p shares of the Company, Roger Mountford, a Director of the Company, now has an interest in 10,607 Ordinary shares, representing 0.042% of the issued Ordinary shares. The shares were purchased at a price of 809 pence per share.
