Hunting PLC11 March 2008 Notification of transaction of directors/persons discharging managerialresponsibility and connected persons Director Richard Hunting On 7 March 2008, 75,000 Ordinary Shares were sold from a Trust whose holding wasincluded within the directors' interests as trustee of R H Hunting, in the 2007Annual Report and Accounts. The interests of Mr Hunting in the Ordinary Sharesof the Company as trustee are now 1,315,519. Mr Hunting was not a beneficiary ofthe proceeds from this disposal.
