The Company announces that it was notified on 25 June 2014 that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company purchased 300 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,309 pence per Ordinary Share on 25 June 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 12,300 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).
