The Company was informed on 14 December 2015 that Chris Moore, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 440,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on that day at 22.5p each. Following this acquisition Chris Moore has a beneficial interest in 1,655,333 Ordinary Shares representing 1.27% of the issued share capital in the Company.
