Directors' Shareholdings 

The Company was notified today that on the same day, Mr Paul Hogarth, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 188,679 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 53 pence per share. 

As a result of this transaction Mr Hogarth has an interest in 527,679 Ordinary Shares representing 4.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.
