Director's / PDMR Share Transfer

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Alan Barber, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has transferred ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company as detailed below.

On 26 April 2011 Alan Barber transferred 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35.75p into a Self Invested Pension Plan and on the same date Mr Barber disposed of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35.75p to offset a purchase of 150,000 shares at 37p made by his wife, Pamela Barber.

Following the transfers, Mr Barber continues to have a notifiable interest in 1,812,192 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.40% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, being the same as previously notified.
