Director / PDMR Share Transactions

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces that it has been notified by Alan Barber, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. 

On 20 May 2011 Mr Barber disposed of 1,300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 36.25p and simultaneously his wife, Pamela Barber, purchased 1,300,000 shares at 36.25p.

Following the transactions, Mr Barber continues to have a notifiable interest in 1,812,192 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.40% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, being the same as previously notified.
