Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that Jon Boaden, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 1,788 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 278.84 pence per share on 15 February 2022. Following this purchase, Jon Boaden holds a total of 1,788 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
