Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC (AIM: PLE) announces that it has today been notified that on 29 January 2015 the administrator of ARBB AG ("ARBB"), a company that is in voluntary liquidation, autonomously disposed of 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 6.5 pence per share to meet its liquidation costs.
ARBB is 40.91 per cent. owned by Burnbrae Ltd. Jim Mellon, Chairman of the Company, is a life tenant of a trust which owns 100 per cent. of Burnbrae Ltd. Accordingly, Jim Mellon has an indirect beneficial interest in ARBB.
Following this disposal ARBB holds 2,200,000 shares in Plethora representing 0.3 per cent. of the Company. Jim Mellon's resultant holding, including those held through Regent Pacific Group Limited, is 145,974,014 ordinary shares representing 21.4 per cent. of the Company.
