Director/PDMR dealing

Synectics announces that it has been notified that on 1 May 2013 entities associated with the Chairman, David Coghlan, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 410 pence per share. Following the sale, Mr Coghlan has a notifiable beneficial interest in 1,501,303 shares in the Company, representing 8.54 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has been further advised that the sale was made in order to satisfy institutional demand, and that the holders of Mr Coghlan's remaining interests in the Company's shares have no current intention of making any further sales.
