ROBERT SCHOFIELD RETIRES AS A DIRECTOR OF PREMIER FOODS PLC
As previously announced, Robert Schofield, Premier Foods former CEO, has retired from the Company and following appointment of his successor, Michael Clarke on 16th August Robert has now retired as a director of the Company with effect from 13th September 2011.
