Elegant Hotels Group plc (LON: EHG), the owner and operator of seven upscale freehold hotels and a beachfront restaurant on the island of Barbados, announces the following additional disclosures under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. At the time of Elegant Hotel's admission to trading on AIM on 11 May 2015, Sunil Chatrani was and remains a director of SG Management Consultancy Services Inc. and SG Management Consultancy Services (St. Lucia) Inc. At the time of Luke Johnson's appointment to the board of the Company on 25 May 2017, he was and remains a director of Chisbridge Limited.
