Following the conclusion of the Company's AGM on 30 September 2021, Colin McGill retired as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Company. As previously indicated within the Company's Annual Report to 31 May 2021, David Warnock will now become the Chairman and will also chair the Management Engagement Committee and Nomination Committee.
