Directorate Changes

Circle Property Plc, which invests in, develops and actively manages well-located regional office assets, announces the appointment of Anthony Charles Le Brun, aged 43, as a non-executive director, and the resignation of Damian Jepson as a non-executive director to pursue a new appointment, both with immediate effect. The Board extends its thanks to Mr Jepson for his tenure and wishes him well in his new role.

Mr Le Brun, FCCA, has over 12 years' experience in the financial industry and qualified as a Certified Accountant in 2012. Having previously worked in the public sector Mr Le Brun joined Oak Group (Jersey) Limited ("Oak") in 2007 and is responsible for Oak's internal finance function as well as the accounting for a number of corporate and high net worth private clients. Mr Le Brun has been part of the accounting team for Circle since 2007 and worked on the Company's AIM IPO in 2016.The Company looks forward to continuing to draw on his extensive financial experience.

Mr Le Brun does not currently, and has not in the last five years, held any directorships or partnerships nor does he hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
