Watermark Group PLC28 July 2006 28 July 2006 Watermark Group plc ("Watermark", or "the Company") Board changes The Board of Watermark Group plc ("the Company"), announces that JohnAnstruther-Gough-Calthorpe has retired as Chairman and Non-Executive Director ofthe Company as of today, 28 July 2006. The Board expresses its thanks for hiscommitment and contribution to the development of the Company. The position of interim Chairman will be filled by Danny Bernstein, who has beena Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2004, and is currently Chairman ofMonarch Airlines. The Board will be seeking a new Chairman and at least oneadditional independent Non-Executive Director.
