Resignation of Director
The Board of Directors of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc announces that David McEuen has resigned as a non executive director of the Company with effect from 30th June 2011 due to other commitments.
David has been a non-executive director of the Company since its flotation in 2005 and the Board would like to record its gratitude for the valuable contribution and service that David has given.
