It is with great sadness that Ventus VCT plc (the "Company") announces that Rick Abbott, a director of the Company, died suddenly on Friday 3rd March 2017.
Rick had been a member of the board since September 2011 and made a considerable and valuable contribution to the board. The Ventus board and staff of the investment manager, Temporis Capital, wish to express their condolences to Rick's family.
