Directorate Changes

SDI is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Creedon as Chief Executive of the Company with effect from 29 May 2012.

Mike Creedon joined the Company in May 2010 but stepped into the role of Acting CEO when Phil Atkin resigned in August 2011.

Harry Tee CBE, Chairman of SDI, commented:

"I am delighted to be able to announce the appointment of Mike Creedon as Chief Executive. He has worked diligently to turn the Company around and while there is still much to be done, we believe SDI has turned a corner under Mike's leadership and the outlook is brighter"
