Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that Peter Stephens, Non-Executive Director, will not seek re-election at the Company's next Annual General Meeting in December 2012.

Peter Stephens, a Director of Tristel plc since 2004 and an investor since 1992, has decided to step down at the Company's next AGM.

Christopher Samler, Chairman of Tristel plc, commented; "I would like to thank Peter very much for his contribution to Tristel's success over the years."
