Board Changes
As previously announced, Howard Ford was appointed Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors as John Poulter stepped down from the Board after today's AGM.
Mike Brennan is appointed to the Board with immediate effect, as Steve Mole stepped down as director.
In relation to Mike Brennan, there are no other details to be disclosed according to paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the UK Listing Rules.
